Q1. How do I register for the Club membership?
A1. Click on the "sign up now" icon/image on the home page (on the banner, just below the member login area. This will lead you to a registration form, which will have to be filled in and submitted. We're happy to announce that the Club membership is presently free and it will take just a minute to register.
Q2. How do I login to my account?
A2. Authorized members can login to their account using the challenger name (profile name) and password that was created during signup. If you have forgotten please refer to the email you would have received from Challengersclub.com after you just signed up.
Q3. What if I forgot my password and/or my challenger name?
A3. We have an automated program that takes care of this issue. All you need to do is, click the 'Forgot Challenger Name / Password?' link on the home page, fill in a couple of fields and hit the 'Send me' button. You'll receive an email with all the desired info within minutes of submission. If the problem persists, you can always email us at info@challengersclub.com.
Q4. How do I search for a member/challenger?
A4. You can browse for challengers using 'search by' menu displayed on the left panel. Challengers can be searched by location (zip code and country), and also on the basis of age and gender. Only logged in members can invite challengers to play golf.
Q5. What is the procedure to challenge other members/golfers?
A5. Once you have identified the players you want to challenge, you can send invitations to these members, challenging them for a game of golf. To challenge a member hit the 'challenge' button that is displayed to the right of each challenger. This will then take you to the member's full view page after which you'll either have to hit the 'challenge' button (if you're going to invite only one player) or click on 'add to challengers list' button (for sending multiple invitations). Once this process is over, you'll see a text box (for entering the date) and a text area (for entering your message). The message, you type will be sent to the challenger or challengers when the 'send' button is hit.
Q6. Can Juniors below the age of 19 challenge Seniors?
A6. Challengersclub.com is one of the very few online portals, which allow juniors below the age of 19 to challenge senior players. There are so many child prodigies waiting to be discovered and Challengersclub.com wants juniors to make use of this opportunity. Players below the age of 19 must fill out two reference e-mail Ids at the time of registration. The junior can challenge other players only when both these referred people authorize the junior to play.
Q7. How do I rate my challengers?
A7. A list of members whom you have challenged as well as those who have challenged you will be displayed in the 'Rate other challengers' section under 'My Profile'. To rate a challenger, choose the option 'Played' from the dropdown list that is displayed against the member you played. You'll be redirected to a simple form, which has to be filled in and submitted to complete the rating process. Seven performers who get the highest rating figure on the Home Page. So make sure you rate your fellow partners. Our system-generated program sends an automated email reminder after each scheduled date of play.
Q8. How will I respond to invitations sent to me?
A8. Each invite that is sent has a unique ID/link associated with it. All you have to do is, click on the link and you'll be redirected to the website where you can view your challenger's profile and reply to the invitation as well.
Q9. Will my email ID be exposed to my challenger or anyone who visits the website?
A9. The information you provide to Challengersclub.com will be kept confidential and as per our Privacy Policy. All communications between you and your challenger will be made through the website (via interactive forms) and there's no way your email ID will be revealed to your challenger, unless of course you give it to them.
Q10. How do I view/edit my profile?
A10. Once you login to your member account, you'll have to click on either the 'Edit Profile' link or the 'View my Profile'.
Q11. What is the use of the availability calendar?
A11. This calendar will display the dates you are available to play golf so that people who view your profile can challenge you.
Q12. How do I enter dates for my availability calendar?
A12. We have a sophisticated, but user-friendly tool in place to take care of this. This can be done during the signup process itself. All you have to do is, click the 'Select' link that appears next to the field 'What is your availability?' A virtual calendar will appear on your screen, where you can select your available dates by just clicking the dates on it. Use the '>' or '<' marks on top of the calendar to switch between month, and use '>>' or '<<' to switch years. Once you're done with the process click the 'x' button to close the calendar. The dates you entered will automatically be saved upon closing the window and can be viewed on your profile page.
Q13. How will I change the availability dates?
A13. This is as easy as entering the dates itself. Visit the 'Edit Profile' page, and click the 'View/Edit' link displayed next to the field 'What is your availability?' You'll see a page with all the dates you've chosen earlier. To edit a date, click the pen-shaped icon that is displayed against each date. A virtual calendar will appear again where you can choose a new date. If you want to delete a date, click on the cross X icon displayed next to the date. You can also add new dates by using the 'Add New' link at the bottom. Remember to click the 'Update Changes' button.
Q14. Can I advertise my company on your website?

To place your advertisement on our website, please send in a detailed mail with all information about to your business to info@challengersclub.com. A graphic promotional ad, the size of the ones you see on the home page will be displayed.
Q15. Is there a way to contact the site administrator with my comments/feedback?
A15. Yes, there is a dynamic form on the contact page using which you can send us your comments/feedback. We value your comments/feedback so don't hesitate to tell us what you feel about the website.
Q16. How do I cancel my membership?
A16. If you are not satisfied with our service, you are entitled to cancel your membership. All you need to do is, send us an email to info@challengersclub.com.
