Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
Does this apply to other websites I access?
You may access other third party websites through Challengersclub.com. We do not have any control over how they use the information you part with.
Can Children use the services of this website?
Any registered member can challenge a junior member for a game. But the junior member needs to get consent e-mails from two adults whom he/she has mentioned at the time of registration. Only after both adults give the consent will the junior be able to become a member, challenge others as well as accept other invitations.
Will I be receiving updates and newsletters from Challengersclub.com?
Yes. You will be receiving latest news and updates in the form of E- postcards or E- newsletters only if you have subscribed to it at the time of registration. There will always be an Opt Out option and you can unsubscribe at any point of time.
Does your online shop have a secure area? Is it safe to give my credit card number?
The online shop is connected to a secure payment gateway, Paypal. So it is very safe to give your credit card number whenever you buy products from us.

USER'S LICENSE GRANT TO SITE

GREENFEE REIMBURSEMENT
1. It is absolutely imperative that the Tee-off time and other related information is explicitly indicated in your message to other player/s at the time of initial contact via ChallengersClub.Com's messaging system prior to the game. View Sample.
2. There is no expiry or time limit for this offer but in order to be eligible, you must submit receipts to the CC.com team for verification of the last 15 games played.
3. Public and Municipal courses only! Private/Semi-Private courses are excluded from this offer.
4. Same day currency exchange rate will be applied for the members outside of the U.S.
5. Method of calculation is very simple:
Add the Greenfees (does not include taxes and cart rental) shown on all 15 receipts. Just divide the total by 15 to get the average and there you have your reimbursable amount.
6. Standard members are eligible for 1 reimbursement opportunity per year. 15 receipts(same calendar year's) must be submitted with verifiable information which corresponds to the records on member's profile.
7. Exclusive members have unlimited reimbursement opportunity with paid membership. Any left over receipts can be rolled over for the following year.
